Headed into my last weeks of pregnancy, hopong to glean the uniquely spiritual lessons this oh-so-brief period offers. On transcendance and immanence, of being the same and different, of holding the other, of listening without words being spoken, of waiting, and change in secret, of incarnation and mystety, of permance and the temporary, of transition, labor, and new birth. Jesus' humanity gives me hope when I need it, and I think it is so helpful to keep that in perspective.
