For the past twelve years, we have had the great privilege of serving with Christian Associates in 3 different church plants in Spain. Over the past 18 months, our family has been in process with trusted advisors and friends about what God is calling us to next, and we believe that is to move back to the US this coming June.
We feel clearly that God has brought us to the end of our ministry season in Europe. Our plan is to relocate to the Chicago area. We look forward to this positive change and its impact on our family (both immediate and extended), our finances, and our desire to continue living missionally in our own culture.
You can guess we’ve put a lot of thought into what we can do to ensure Oasis is successful with continuing ministry. Rest assured, with an elder board in place and some new CA-staffers phasing in, we feel confident that we’re leaving Oasis in good hands.
Please pray with us as we continue to seek God’s plan for what we should do next (one possibility is a different role within CA) and “stay tuned” because we are surely going to need your support and encouragement along the way!
