Maybe encouragement is stretched thin these days for you. Don’t give up.
Maybe the harvest is long in coming. Don’t give up. The new grain is hearty if slow in growth.
Maybe the days are variable. Yesterday was warm; today it is raining and winter is inevitable. Still, don’t give up.
Spring is only ahead, never behind, so don’t give up: unpack your warm clothes and simply prepare yourself for hardship—you will weather the blizzard coming with that cloud. You will overcome.
Maybe someone has come into your life and it seems they are threatening your security or chipping away at something you’ve worked hard to build. Don’t stop working. Do not pay the naysayer any mind; keep your hand to the plow. Ignore the destroyer; just keep looking up and ahead. And keep praying. Whatever you do: don’t stop. Your unrelenting courage is something they can never touch.
You have met with some difficulty of late. There have been bumps. You may have some bruises, taken some hits. Don’t give up. Keep walking. Keep fighting the good fight; stand strong and tall. Hold your head up high because your nobility is still intact; no circumstance or person can ever steal your birthright.
And remember to laugh now for you will surely laugh later—not in mockery, but in grateful, humble victory.

Say to him, 'Be careful, keep calm and don't be afraid. Do not lose heart because of these two smoldering stubs of firewood ... Yet this is what the Sovereign LORD says: "It will not take place, it will not happen, ...If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all." (Isaiah 7:4,7,9)
Thanks, Troy. I needed this reminder today.
